Is there delivery within Kazakhstan and UAE or to other countries?
Parure Atelier carries out free-of-charge delivery by “Fedex” or “Brinks” for our clients worldwide. In addition, our managers are ready to find an exclusive payment and delivery solution for you.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 3000 USD.
Where do you produce the jewelry?
We have our own production in Dubai, UAE and Bangkok, Thailand which allows us to control the quality of jewelry at all stages.
Do you have stone certificates?
We work with leading gemological laboratories. For diamonds it’s GIA, for colored stones — GRS, GIA, GFCO.
Is it possible to make jewelry according to the sketch of the customer?
Of course, we can make your jewelry dream come true.
How to place an order?
An order can be placed in our showrooms in Astana and Almaty, Kazakhstan and Dubai, UAE as well as remotely. Our managers are always in touch via WhatsApp and Telegram messengers.
What is the production time?
The average production time for jewelry is 40-60 working days, however, depending on the complexity of the piece and the availability of stones. It is possible to complete an order both within a shorter or longer period.
Can I make jewelry with my stone?
Unfortunately, we do not accept client's gemstones.
Where do you get stones from?
We work directly with diamond suppliers around the world. We buy colored stones directly from the deposits, bypassing many intermediaries, so we have an excellent choice and favorable prices.
Does the Parure Atelier provide product repair services?
We provide free service for all jewelry purchased from the Parure Atelier. Qualified specialists will do all the necessary work, taking into account the precious stones properties, in order to keep your item in perfect condition for a long time. Service is recommended every 6 months.
Which precious stones require special care?
Pay special attention to jewelry with colored precious stones like emeralds, Paraiba tourmalines and opals that require the most careful treatment.
Can precious stones fade or break?
Precious stones are known for their longevity and, if used properly, last for centuries. However, careless handling, mechanical impact, falling or impact can damage any stone, even a diamond, despite its high strength.
What is the best way to store jewelry?
Jewelry with different precious stones should be stored separately, for example, an emerald ring and a sapphire ring should have different compartments in the jewelry box to avoid stones rubbing against each other.
How to care for precious stone jewelry?
Do not expose jewelry to extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight, do not use chemical cleaners for jewelry with colored stones (what is acceptable for cleaning diamonds is by no means suitable for emeralds or tourmalines).
It is undesirable to apply cosmetics on your hands, if at the same time you have a ring with a colored stone, you should also avoid getting sprays, aerosols and detergents on jewelry.
How to clean precious stone jewelry?
The safest way to clean colored precious stone jewelry is to use a soft cloth (not soaked in any product) and water.
The ultrasonic bath can only be used for diamond jewelry, in most cases it can also be used for sapphires or rubies, but you should first consult with a gemologist about the degree of ennobling of the stone.

What should be done to keep gold in its best condition for a long time?
Gold jewelry should be stored in a specially designated place and wiped from time to time with a soft cloth. It is better to take them off during vigorous physical activity, showering, bathing. The strength and wear resistance of the product also depends on the sample, and this should be taken into account when buying.
